Coco Marine supplies high-quality Coco Charcoal and Coconut Shell Briquettes made from 100% natural coconut shell through a controlled carbonization and compression process. Our charcoal products are known for their long burning time, high heat output, low ash residue, and smokeless performance—making them ideal for household, commercial, and industrial use.

Both products are manufactured using food-grade binders and are designed to meet international quality standards, especially for export markets.

1. Coco Charcoal (Raw Lump Charcoal)

Charcoal produced from natural coconut shell, crushed and graded.

Technical Specifications:

  • Fixed Carbon: 70–75%
  • Moisture: 5–8%
  • Ash: 3–5%
  • Volatile Matter: 10–15%
  • Calorific Value: 6,500–7,000 kcal/kg
  • Size: 20–40 mm or as requested
  • Carbonization method: Continuous kiln or drum carbonization

2. Coco Briquettes (Compressed Charcoal Briquettes)

Manufactured using fine coconut shell charcoal powder pressed into uniform briquettes.

Available Shapes:

  • Cube: 22 mm, 25 mm, 26 mm
  • Hexagonal: 20 × 50 mm, 22 × 50 mm
  • Finger / Stick: 20 × 60–100 mm

Technical Specifications:

  • Fixed Carbon: 75–85%
  • Ash Content: 1.5–2.5% (premium grade)
  • Moisture: 4–6%
  • Drop Strength: 90–95%
  • Odorless and smokeless burn

Boxes are wrapped with:

  • shrink wrap
  • master carton (5–10 kg per master carton)

Bulk Packaging (for commercial buyers):

  • 10 kg, 20 kg, or 25 kg cartons
  • Poly-lined cartons for moisture protection
  • Stretch-wrapped for stabilization
